Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Larger volume or backordered items may take longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping calculated at checkout. Estimates:
- Domestic standard: 3 to 7 business days
- Domestic expedited: 1 to 3 business days (extra fee)
Shipping Carriers
We use USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx depending on order size and destination.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if your package has not arrived.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns
Eligible within 30 days of delivery date.
Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags/packaging intact (unless defective).
How to Return
- Email us at admin@se1.us with your order number and reason for wishing to facilitate a return.
- We will provide return instructions or a label (customer pays return shipping unless item is defective/wrong).
- Ship back within 7 days of approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue a refund (minus 20% restocking fee) to your original payment method (3 to 7 business days processing time).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless covered by an insurance claim. Return shipping is non-refundable unless due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for other products, unless all products are unopened and a return/exchange authorization is approved prior. Customer pays S&H both directions.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before processing/shipping. Contact us immediately.
