SURVIVAL FOOD TABS
Days of Food Under 2 Pounds!
Complete Meal In Tablet Form . . . and They're Delicious!
(malt or chocolate flavored)
Survival Tab has a long history. Back in the 1960's the Federal
Government was searching for a food source that could be used
in specialty situations. The objective was to find a product
that would provide the best possible nutrition in the smallest
resulting research was extremely involved and intense, and
the product that evolved was used in the Early Space Program.
Eventually, a tablet was perfected and used widely as an
emergency food. It came to be known as the Survival
Tab. Basically, it's compressed protein

other foods are available in adequate amounts and quality.

living on a diet of Survival Food Tabs exclusively, one loses
from 5-8 lbs. the first weeks. After the first week, there is
a leveling off and a minimum weight loss of 0-2 lbs. per week.
This is in consideration of a normal active daily routine.

Year Shelf-Life - 180 tablets per bottle
Tabs have been produced and packaged to last at least 10 years,
and have been tested at over 25 years. We've accomplished
this in several ways. Number one, we have compressed the tablets
with thousands of pounds of pressure with our specialized
tablet presses. Oxygen and moisture, the arch enemies of food,
cannot penetrate the tablets to destroy the ingredients. Number
two, we put extra vitamins and minerals in the Tabs to assure
potency. Number three, the specially designed opaque plastic
bottle has a screw top lid which, in addition, is sealed to
protect its contents.
Container may also be carried easily in a standard G.I. canteen
Uses Survival Tabs?
Survival Tabs have been
on Mt. Everest Expeditions. They were on the Great Australian
Bicentennial Camel Race. The Alaskan Helicopter Search &
Rescue Team packs them! Hunters, Backpackers, Pilots, Yachtsman,
Survivalists and other outdoorsmen, who use them as emergency
food rations as well as an energy pick-up food supplement.
They are also popular with long-distance truck drivers who
don't (or can't) want to stop to eat.
are a perfect lightweight, emergency food ration for use in
survival kits -- and a vast improvement over candies and other
quick-energy "fixes" that are currently used.
Survival Tabs are a convenient
compact, lightweight, lifesaving food ration for any emergency,
are completely nutritious, have
a 20+ year shelf-life and are absolutely delicious.
Just let them melt in your mouth (if you can, you'll probably
chew them up. They are so irresistibly good-tasting!)
To Use Survival Tabs
There are two ways to use Survival
Tabs. As your sole source of food, and to stretch
out your existing food supply.
1) AS SOLE FOOD SUPPLY: You can achieve this in one
of two ways. Eat one tablet, with liquid, each hour of waking.
This should ONLY be done if you are sedentary and not moving,
otherwise you'll run out of energy and strength. The other way,
and this will supply you with needed energy, is to eat 5 to
10 tabs (with liquid), every 4 hours. This formula obviously
depends on your size and weight.
Instructions say "12 tabs daily" (one an hour), but
that is for an extreme survival situation where you have no
idea if and when your next meal might come from. 12 a day will
keep you alive, but you'll be mighty "grumpy" in a
2) TO EXTEND EXISTING FOOD SUPPLY: Depending on your
size and weight, you should eat 5 to 10 tabs two to three times
a day, then have normal foods for dinner. This is the typical
"lose weight diet" that is used in Europe. Typical
weight loss will be between 5 and 10 pounds each week, as this
procedure shrinks your stomach, so you naturally need less mass
to fill it at the evening meal.
In my personal testing (6'2" 250lbs) I ate
10 for breakfast (with water), 10 for lunch (with water), and
about 3pm my blood sugar dropped and I became tired, so I ate
3 as a snack. Dinner was made from typical storage foods. I lost
10 pounds that week, and was never hungry.
Every vehicle should have at least one of these
Survival Tabs bottles in
it as emergency food. The bottle weighs less than a 7 day supply
of other foods, is easy to carry (fits into standard canteen holder),
lasts (unopened) for decades (when opened, you should eat within
6 months), and is more cost-effective than any other survival,
emergency, instant food supply in the world.
