MILK/JUICES
20 drops in a quart of refrigerated milk or juice to retain freshness 3 to 4 weeks.

COLDS
At the first sign, add 10-20 drops to 2-4 ounces of water or juice every 3 hours. (Add to apple juice for children.)

COLD SORES/FEVER BLISTERS/HERPES
Apply a few drops directly on the blister once or twice daily (this might sting).

MOSQUITO BITES/BEE/WASP STINGS
