To whom it may concern:

It has come to my attention that there are those who have once again sought to profit by willfully distorting the truth concerning my father, Thomas Jefferson Clark, and the history surrounding his amazing mineral discovery.

As the first born child of Thomas Jefferson Clark, it is my intention to stand as the oldest living witness to my father's life and legacy.  I am presently 89 years of age and have been present throughout our family's seventy plus year history with these amazing products, and have played an active role assisting my father throughout his life and career.

Over the past many years competitive companies have entered into the market place by boasting product similarity to the formulations of my father.  Some have even gone so far as to pirate product testimonials or laboratory reports and publish them as their own.

However, regardless of what you may have been told in slick audio cassette presentations of the past, or in numbers of fancy certificates of authorization you may have encountered, one fact must remain perfectly clear.  There is only one true company that was ever authorized by my father for the production of his legendary formulations.  That company remains today a closely held family corporation and is known as HUB RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CO. INC. of Salt Lake city, Utah USA.

For nearly half a century HUB has faithfully produced these original formulations and remains to date my father's only authorized producer since 1926.

Since 1976 Bret W. Clark has faithfully served as master formulator to HUB and stands as the only grandson ever to have been apprenticed in the delicate art of my father's formulations and extraction techniques.  Today Bret serves a double role as president and CEO while continuing to maintain his master status in formulation.

These wonderful products today have been enjoyed by countless thousands the world over.  When it comes to your health, why take any chances.

As for the rumors now circulating about our fabled "Last Chance Ranch", it was indeed my father's ranch.  I remember several hard summers spent at this ranch, but the ranch holds no significance whatsoever to my father's mineral discovery.  He would later sell this ranch for less than $2,000. 

It was located quite some distance from the actual site of my father's mineral deposits and was not the location of his mine.  Furthermore, Bret Clark today controls the interests in my father's only original legendary mine.

In closing, I would like to state that I would not be without these products for a single day, and that I have witnessed no less than miracles associated with their use.  I would strongly encourage anyone who has ever contemplated using these products to do so faithfully, and to remember to investigate the integrity of their source first, to avoid any unnecessary discouragement later.

My name is Ora Clark Murdoch, I am presently 89 years of age and am the first born child of Thomas Jefferson Clark and Ann Marinda Adina Nielsen Clark.  I am the oldest of four children and have closely assisted my father throughout his life and career.

A question has been raised regarding the validity or origin of the products produced and distributed by HUB RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT COMPANY of Salt Lake City, Utah USA or those of my later brother Thomas Jay Clark "senior" or his youngest son, successor and heir to HUB RESEARCH, Bret W. Clark.

HUB RESEARCH is the only company that was ever authorized by my father for the production of his formulations.  It served as my father's only production company for fifteen years prior to his death in 1968.  HUB RESEARCH was founded for this purpose by his only son Thomas Jay Clark "senior" and has subsequently continued commercial production and distribution of my father's formulas for nearly half a century. No other person outside my brother was ever apprenticed by my father.

Bret W. Clark was chosen by his father, as his father before him, to act as his successor.  Bret alone was apprenticed by his father for this honored position.  For more than two decades he has remained as master formulator to HUB RESEARCH, and his products have remained unsurpassed in the industry.

As for the raw material or "ore" used in the production process of HUB RESEARCH, it is still extracted today from the original site or mine that belonged to my father T. J. Clark.  He referred to it as the "Miller Rock" mine.  My father so named it for its location in Miller Canyon.  It stands today as my father's only mine and is controlled by his youngest grandson Bret W. Clark, President of HUB RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CO.

I swear the above statements are factual and true.
