WHY IS A to B Calm THE BEST FORM OF CALCIUM MAGNESIUM?

99% of ALL calcium supplements get their calcium from grinding up rocky deposits. Some get their calcium from dead shellfish (lobster, crab, clam, oyster, etc..)

As the human body was not designed to digest rock or other inorganic substances, these supplements must add massive amounts of acid to their mixture so your stomach can try and digest it.
